Import and Sales

TVR Garage LLC offer for sale carefully selected and imported vehicles made available here in the USA. Leveraging our combined 55 years’ experience as automotive professionals, we will bring only a handful of the finest examples of TVR products to the USA market per annum. Our customers will be as unique as the cars themselves, working alongside our clients we will provide the perfect car and acquisition experience tailored to your ownership needs and their envisioned experiences.

CLASSIC

Importation of excellent condition, original cars, that have either been impeccably kept or have had partial restoration completed in recent years, providing an excellent opportunity for classic TVR ownership in the US market.

  • A vehicle’s history documentation will be retained and verified, to evidence the provenance of the vehicle.
  • UK government records will be supplied, again to verify provenance.
  • A rigorous 150-point check will be conducted in the UK prior to release to transit to US soil.
  • Up to a 500-mile shakedown will be conducted across a range of driving scenarios once received in the US. Ensuring all aspects of the car are checked for function and durability.

Restoration

Complete and sympathetic restoration of all components to original or superseded specification, which includes, but is not limited to:

  • Chassis – geometry checked, stripped, and protected using state of the art materials and methods, offering additional protection against corrosion. Outriggers replaced with sleeved upgrades.
  • Body – bare shell body-off respray to customer specifications. Exterior finishes can be selected to replicate original paint or introduce new finishes and technologies.
  • Engine – Blueprinted with replacement of major components while maintaining the original core specifications and power output. Upgraded with latest engine management system, all ancillary components to be replaced or reconditioned (where not available new)
  • Interior trim – Full interior re-trim, customer selected colourways and materials (Leather, Alcantara, stitch). Our experienced product team can support in guiding on colours and material applications to achieve the customer desired tactile and visual wishes.
  • Validation – A minimum 500-mile shakedown. Ensuring all aspects of the car are checked for function and durability.

Show and Display

While TVR products are not eligible for Show and Display exemption, our team has experience in the guided importation of 50+ units of other eligible S&D exempt vehicles into the US market. After all, there is no substitute for experience.

Brokerage

TVR Garage already has an extensive connection with many of the modern era (25–35-year-old) TVR owners here in the USA. We can source and facilitate the sale of cars already imported and titled to their first owners. Although these are few and far between, with only a handful examples of the TVR Cerbera known to be in the US at this time.
